Parking lots typically opens an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want a shorter walk to the venue, an easier exit or oversized parking, check out our Premier Parking options.

Calls are answered during limited hours on weekdays and show days. You can reach venue reception Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Toyota Amphitheatre is a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the guest services booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
We kindly ask that you leave the camping gear at home and refrain from overnight parking.
No tailgating is allowed here at Toyota Amphitheatre. Save the party for inside!
Heading to the show with a ride? Use our designated Drop-Off Zone located outside the South Gate near the Uber Lot for easy access. Just let our parking pros know you’re dropping off, and they’ll guide you right in.
No hanging out in your car during the show, drop off your crew, then head out and swing back about 45 minutes before the show ends to pick them up and rejoin the fun.
Missed the window? No worries, we’ll let you in as soon as the crowd clears.
Please follow directions from traffic staff, they’re there to keep things moving smoothly.
Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol - guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
We're proud to be a cashless venue. We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist. Policy may change on a show by show basis.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in.
Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise on the event ticketing page. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

In the event of an emergency while on site, our trained paramedics are ready to leap into action for any medical needs, with first aid stationed at Gate D. Just flag down any staff member with a radio, and we'll get you sorted. Plus, our local law enforcement heroes are always on standby, ensuring your safety every step of the way.
While we don't offer group ticket sales, our Premium Seating Department is here for your rockstar experience. Give them a shout at (925) 692-2408 to score VIP boxes, suites, and clubs that can handle larger-than-life parties. Let's make it a night to remember!
Toyota Amphitheatre has lawn chairs available for rental for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click here.
While there aren't any local transit options directly to Toyota Amphitheatre, carpooling with friends is always a blast.
Re-entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located between the main entry gates.

If you're expecting tickets or passes (meet & greets, backstage, press, or from the tour/promoter), they’ll be at the box office, usually available once doors open. If they're not there, please contact your point of connection directly, as the box office cannot reach tour personnel.
