GATE TIMES

You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

 

PARKING LOTS

Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS

Find them at the South Gate. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. For taxis and ride shares, head to the South Gate after the show.

 

WHEN YOU GET HERE

You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

 

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

 

DESIGNATED DRIVERS

If you're stepping up as a designated driver, we've got a special treat just for you. Swing by our Guest Services booth on show day and enjoy a free fountain soda.

 

RECYCLING

You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

 

CAMPING 

Sorry, there's no camping or overnight parking here.

 

TAILGATING 

Save the partying for inside the venue! Tailgating isn't allowed in our parking lots.
